This is a gift card holder - the layer with the red flowers is an envelope that's folded in half:
Here's a little view of the inside. You fold your envelope in half and cut the flap at the fold. Seal the left side of the envelope and the other side will open to put the gift card in.

I love the gift card that Cathy made, I am definitely going to want to make one. Love everything about this card; especially the colors. The tree is one stamp that I seldom ever use from this set as the colors I choose never look right. Thanks for sharing!!
